Synergy High Tech Agro
The idea of Synergy branched out from a small seed, planted during initial discussions amongst family and friends. Mrs. Anuradha Ashok Inamdar, Ms. Shailaja Mohite & Ms. Rohini Mane, Mr. Ashok Inamdar and Ms. Rohini Mane are already doing business together in a venture named SGI synergy Café and have excellent working relationship.
Ms.Shailaja Mohite is a family friend. The idea was initiated by Ms.Shailaja Mohite’s father-in-law, who is a local agriculturist. He motivated Shailaja to come up with a business plan with a good business model as well as providing high value returns to the local farmers in the nearby areas to uplift them economically and making a difference in their lives. After taking into stride the feedback of friends and family and aligning it with the zeal to work for themselves, the three decided to go for the jaggery production unit.
Ms. Rohini Mane
“Rohini Mane is a dynamic entrepreneur and the proprietor of SGI Synergy Café.
She grew up in Kolhapur district and has graduated with a B. Com degree. Post her
marriage, she devoted her time raising her family as a house wife, and supporting
her husband’s professional career. She has however always been an avid business enthusiast.”
Ms. Shailaja Mohite
“Shailaja Mohite comes with a wealth of experience, especially in the field of education.
She graduated with a Masters in technology (M.Tech), specializing in electronics and telecommunications.
Subsequent to a couple of years of experience in the industry, she has been as Assistant Professor in K. C.
Engineering College for over a decade.”
Mr. J. R. Patil
“This team will be complemented by a very capable and veteran consultant in Jaggery
production, Mr. J. R.Patil. Mr.Patil is a qualified chemical engineer with 2.5 decades of
rich experience under his belt. He has worked extensively on various processes and new
techniques in Jaggery Production.”
Mr. Ashok Inamdar
“Mr. Ashok Inamdar has a multi-faceted personality. He has been an entrepreneur, an employee, a parent,
and most recently an author. He has complied Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government polytechnic Karad in the
year 1968. After getting his Diploma, he worked with private firm for experience and then he
started his own business as a civil engineer and contractor in Nasik and nearby area.!”
